Promotional Program Terms and Conditions

The Biora Essentials rewards programs (including loyalty, subscription, and other promotional initiatives, collectively “Programs”) provide eligible customers (“Members”) with benefits according to the specific terms displayed on our website for each Program.

2. Eligibility

Programs are open to individuals aged 18+ with an account on our website. By participating, you agree to these terms and any Program-specific rules published on our site.

3. Earning Benefits

Members may earn points, credits, discounts, or other benefits (“Benefits”) for qualifying purchases. Referral Program Contest Terms and Conditions

From time to time, Biora Essentials may run referral contests that offer additional rewards to participants in our Referral Program (“Contest Terms”). These Contest Terms supplement the Referral Program rules and any defined terms carry over.

Rewards. If we determine that you qualify, rewards are based on the number of new customers you refer within the posted campaign period. The specific rewards, dates, and thresholds will be listed on the campaign page. Rewards have no cash value and are subject to availability.

General. These Contest Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. You are not required to participate. If you do, you accept these Contest Terms.


Inner Circle – Subscription Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility and Enrollment

The “Inner Circle” is our subscriber benefits program available to customers who enroll in “Subscribe & Save” on eligible products. Enrollment is automatic upon starting a subscription. Unless otherwise stated, there is no additional membership fee.

2. Benefits

Benefits are available only while your subscription remains active.

3. Credits & Rewards

4. Subscription Management
