Foods and Perishable Goods
As Biora Essentials supplements are classified as perishable goods, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once products have left our warehouse. This policy ensures product safety, quality, and your wellbeing. Once items leave our fulfillment center, we cannot guarantee proper storage conditions, so returned items cannot be reintroduced into inventory.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
Biora Essentials is not liable for goods lost or damaged by carriers such as UPS, FedEx, USPS, or Canada Post. In cases where your order does not arrive or arrives damaged, our team may, at its sole discretion, issue a replacement or refund. Any approved refund will be credited back to your original payment method.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Taste preference: Refunds cannot be issued solely because you did not like the taste of the product. Results and benefits are the main consideration.
- Allergies: All product ingredients are listed clearly on our labels. Please review carefully and consult your doctor before purchase. Refunds cannot be provided for allergic reactions.
- Ordered too much: Products cannot be returned once delivered. If you mistakenly order more than intended, contact us within 48 hours of purchase at support@bioraessentials.com so we can review your case before shipment.
- Ordered the wrong item: Customers are responsible for selecting the correct product. If you contact us before the order ships, we will attempt to cancel or correct it, but once shipped, refunds are not possible.
- Financial hardship: Refunds cannot be issued on this basis. We recommend purchasing a one-time order instead of a subscription if your financial situation is uncertain.
