Order Processing Times
Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days. During launches, restocks, or promotions, processing may take slightly longer. Processing time is separate from transit time.
Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery (USA & CANADA)

Estimates are provided by the carriers and can vary due to weather, carrier volume, or other factors beyond our control.
Shipping Rates & Free Shipping
Real-time rates are shown at checkout based on your address, order weight, and selected speed. From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions—when available, the threshold and terms will be displayed at checkout.
Tracking Your Order
Once your package ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch.
International Shipping
We ship to select countries outside the USA. Transit typically ranges from 5–12 business days depending on destination and carrier.
- Duties & Taxes: Where applicable, local duties, VAT/GST, and import fees are collected by the carrier or customs and are the customer’s responsibility.
- Customs Delays: Customs processing can extend delivery times. We appreciate your patience should this occur.
Address Changes & Order Edits
Need to update your address or cancel? Contact us as soon as possible. We can only make changes before the order has shipped. Once a label is created or the order is in transit, edits are no longer possible.
Undeliverable, Refused, or Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect/insufficient address, refusal, or non-collection, we’ll notify you. We can reship (additional postage may apply) or issue a refund for the product(s) minus original shipping once the return is processed.
Damaged, Missing, or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged, missing items, or not as expected, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue so we can help promptly.
Pre-Orders & Backorders
Pre-order or backordered items ship as soon as inventory arrives. Your confirmation email and the product page will display the latest estimated ship window. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we may ship together when all items are available unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Holidays & Peak Periods
Carriers may experience delays during holidays and peak seasons. We recommend ordering early during these periods.
